How do I get a price?
Upload your model on the Quoting page for an instant price based on material, size, and print time. No CAD file? Use Design and we'll model it for you, then send a quote.
What materials can you print?
FDM in PLA, PETG, and ABS as standard. PLA for looks and prototypes, PETG for strength and outdoor use, ABS for heat resistance. Tell us the job and we'll recommend the right one.
What file types do you accept?
STL is the safe bet for the instant quoter. We also accept STEP, 3MF, and OBJ for design jobs. If your file won't upload, open a ticket and send it over.
How long does an order take?
Most small parts print and ship within a few days. Larger or multi-part jobs take longer; your quote and order page show the current estimate, and we message you at each step.
Do you ship, and where?
Yes, we ship across the United States from Marietta, GA. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.
Can I track my order?
Signed-in customers can follow every order on the Orders page, from printing through delivery. You'll also get updates as the status changes.
