Review queue
Set a status and, when listing a design, the artist’s royalty % (their share of print revenue on each sale). Default is 25%. Approving a design is what clears it to become a listing; nothing reaches a marketplace without passing through here.
Catalog & channels
Pricing slices the design on the real machines and solves a price per channel, so a listing can never go out below cost. Publishing is blocked until a listing is priced, has a picture, and is solvent on that channel: a price shown in red would lose money on every sale and will be refused.
Royalties owed
Accrued on paid orders that printed a listed design (artist’s % of print revenue), on the same basis whichever storefront the sale came through. Payouts are manual for now: pay an artist, then mark their balance paid. Automated disbursement (Stripe Connect + tax forms) is a later phase.
