You own it. You created this design (or hold the rights to it) and it doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
You license us to sell it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to manufacture, reproduce, and sell products made from your design: on our storefront and, where it fits, on third-party marketplaces and in other mediums. You keep ownership; you can withdraw a design from future listing at any time.
Artist share. You earn an agreed share of the profit on each sale. Payouts require tax info (W-9 / W-8) and are set up separately before any money is paid.
You stand behind it. If a claim arises because a design wasn’t yours to submit, you cover us for it (indemnification).

We review every submission before it’s listed. You’ll see the status below and a note if we need changes. Payout setup comes once your first design is approved.
